The building is in an urban conglomerate constituted about 30 years ago, characterized by constructions inspired by Finland's model, with slopes on its roofs that facilitate the rapid drainage of snow accumulation. Currently, the building has the following amenities:

• Trained staff with basic English skills.
• Breakfast included from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Among the options: Tea, coffee, chocolate, juice, toast, butter, cheese, croissants, fruits, etc.
• Room service from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Clean towels and sheets.
• Provision of shampoo and soap.
• Order laundry (with extra charge).

• Smoke and fire detectors in every room.
• Wi-Fi service.
• Wall and Black-Out curtains in all bedrooms.
• Good natural lighting.
• Feather quilts and polar blankets.
• Hair Dryers.
• Twin beds or king bed plus extra.
• A cozy living room.
• Garden and roofed gallery to enjoy the view, where you can also smoke.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The establishment does not have TV or video cable to facilitate the guest, besides a good rest, the disconnection of daily stress that allows a true connection with nature and its landscapes.

Please remember that it is not allowed to eat or drink in the rooms; for these activities, the guest has the dining room space and he/she must remember that the access to the kitchen is allowed only to reheat or warm food that already has been cooked.
We also inform you that smoking is not allowed inside the establishment, however if you want to smoke you must do it outside, in the garden.

Pets are only allowed at the guest's request at the time of booking and subject to availability.
